Who we are
Otmane is the former Executive Vice President Corporate Affairs and General Counsel of a global leader in the fertilizer industry based in Morocco. Otmane was the Group lead in negotiating and shaping policy and regulatory issues. He was also a full-time member of the executive, investment and M&A committees and was involved in several multi-billion dollars industrial projects and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in large scale chemicals, mining, and infrastructure projects in Africa and globally.
Otmane is a licensed attorney and a member of good standing of the Canadian Bar. He obtained a B.A in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University and his Law Degree from McGill University. He also holds two executive master’s degrees from HEC Paris and MIT. Otmane is also a non-executive director of the AfroChampions initiative.

Miriam is a global leading international trade lawyer and a former official of the EU Commission where she represented the EU at the WTO, negotiated several bilateral trade agreements and was a senior adviser to Foreign Affairs Commissioners. Miriam’s work is in the nexus of policy, law and regulation. She has served in a number of board positions, including as Vice-Chair at UBS Europe. She was formerly Co-Chair of the trade practice and a member of the management committee at Dechert LLP, London and partner at DLA Piper, London.
Miriam is also Chair and founder of international NGO Inspiring Girls and a Member of the European Council of Foreign Relations. She studied law at the University of Valladolid and attended the College of Europe in Bruges. She was Senior Associate Member of St Antony’s College at Oxford University and lectures at Stanford University. Miriam is admitted to the Spain Bar of Lawyers since 1994, and a registered Foreign Lawyer and Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.

He is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council and CEO of WMR- a service-disabled veteran owned company dedicated to understanding and mitigating complex global threats to human and corporate security. Rudy has 25 military honors, including the Defense Meritorious Service medal for his direct involvement in the rescue of the Maersk Alabama Capt. Philips. He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master of international relations from Troy University.

He is the Chairman and CEO of Morocco’s public service TV and radio broadcasting companies (appointed in 1999) where he has notably led the digital transformation of the media. Faiçal has served two terms as an elected member of the european broadcasting union. Faiçal is also Chairman of Morocco’s National Olympic Committee and President of the Royal Tennis Federation. He is the Executive Vice President of the Marrakech international film festival Foundation.
He holds a Masters of science from Stanford University and an engineering degree from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris.
